Next Good to Go Webinar to Offer Strategies for Handling Stress

The next Good to Go webinar, “Managing Stress and Improving Wellness During a Pandemic, is set for Thursday, Nov. 4 at 1 p.m. (CDT). Register here.

The webinar will provide information and training for leaders to manage and recognize the signs of stress in their employees and offer strategies for improving mental wellness. It will also include a discussion of de-escalation of hostile interactions.

The webinar will feature Jon Ebert, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist at Vanderbilt Health with extensive expertise in the treatment of those affected by traumatic stress and mental health challenges, and Donna Skupien, RN, MBA, Vice President, Growth and Innovation, Vanderbilt Health Employer Solutions. David Aronoff, MD, director of the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, will also give an update on COVID-19 vaccines.
