New Vanderbilt Health Hendersonville Expands Services in Sumner County

Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) continues to bring personalized care to Middle Tennessee neighborhoods with the opening of a new 31,000-square-foot facility in Hendersonville. Vanderbilt Health Hendersonville offers adult outpatient specialty care, pediatric specialty care and imaging services to Sumner and surrounding counties.

The center features 40 clinic exam rooms, urgent care services and imaging capabilities such as CT, ultrasound and X-ray. Specialties on site include women’s health, pediatrics, adult primary care, orthopaedics for both adults and children, imaging, rheumatology and walk-in-care. The facility also has three chairs dedicated to non-chemotherapy medical infusions. VUMC also recently opened a new Hendersonville Walk-in-Clinic for urgent but not life-threatening medical needs.

“With Middle Tennessee’s continued growth comes the opportunity to serve our patients in a more convenient way. This new facility provides ready access to a range of services that complement the offerings of our existing clinics in Gallatin and Hendersonville,” said C. Wright Pinson, MBA, MD, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Health System Officer for VUMC. “Hendersonville is a vibrant city, and we are proud to have a greater presence in this dynamic community.”
