Hall of Famer Gets Back in the Game of Life After Shoulder Replacement at Vanderbilt Health

Did you know that in addition to the Nashville Predators, Nashville Sounds, the Nashville Soccer Club and Vanderbilt University athletics, Vanderbilt Health is the official health system of the Pro Football Hall of Fame? Vanderbilt Health partners with Hall of Fame Health to provide personalized care for retired professional football players and their families.

Through that partnership, Pro Football Hall of Famer Alan Faneca turned to Vanderbilt when he needed a shoulder replacement. With multiple football injuries from his years in the NFL, Faneca came to Vanderbilt for a surgery that has taken away his pain and restored full use of his right arm. The former Pittsburgh Steeler now has no restrictions and is back to coaching and playing ball with his kids.
