Many companies have been struggling to find large quantities of at-home COVID-19 tests for their needs. Now, Vanderbilt Health Employer Solutions can help companies secure bulk quantities of over-the-counter COVID-19 test kits at a discount. The addition of at-home testing means Employer Solutions now has three COVID-19 testing options for businesses: at-home test kits (with or without nurse supervision), on-site PCR testing and on-site rapid antigen testing.
Carefluent Connect, a new Vanderbilt Health company specializing in medical equipment and supplies, has secured a large quantity of COVID-19 at-home test kits that are now available. There are several easy ways to secure test kits for your company.
For smaller quantities (fewer than 50 test kits):
- No pre-order is required.
- Simply go to the Carefluent Connect retail location at Vanderbilt Health’s One Hundred Oaks campus (719 Thompson Lane, Entrance D, Nashville, TN 37204) Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to pick up the quantity needed.
- Tests are available for $19.80 per kit (2 tests in each kit).
For larger quantities (50 or more test kits):
- Initiate your order by completing the information in this form. A member of the Employer Solutions team will call you to finalize your request.
- The Carefluent Connect team will then follow up to arrange payment and confirm details.
- Test kits can be delivered to a Middle Tennessee location of your choice or picked up at the Carefluent Connect warehouse in Mt. Juliet (60 Athletes Way N, Suite 300, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122). For orders received by 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, deliveries will be made the next business day. A Carefluent Connect representative will reach out to confirm a time window in which product will be delivered.
- Orders of less than 250 kits (2 tests per kit) are $19.80 per kit.
- Orders of more than 250 kits (2 tests per kit) are $17.02 per kit.
