Prevention starts with awareness. Our team was recently onsite at Genesco headquarters in Nashville, offering annual onsite preventive health screenings and care navigation follow-up to help employees understand their results and confidently take steps in their whole person care journey.
The Power of Lifestyle Medicine in Group Medical Visits
VHES team members participated in the 2026 International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health in Salt Lake City, hosted by the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine and Health. We were proud to share our team's research on nutrition-focused group medical visits delivered by Vanderbilt Health's Metro Nashville Public Schools Employee and Family and Health Care Center. That research demonstrates the power of a model that integrates clinical care, nutrition education, behavior change support and patient-reported outcomes, verified through a rigorous academic evaluation process.
Making It Official With the Titans
Just in time for the NFL draft, we celebrated Vanderbilt Health being selected as the Official Healthcare Provider for the Tennessee Titans by surprising our employees with T-shirt pop-ups at six of our campuses. We are tremendously excited to bring better health and well-being to the Titans organization.
